Payments for services already rendered are non-refundable. However, if an advance payment is made and the service is not initiated, a refund may be issued upon mutual agreement.

Clients are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and timely information and documentation for effective service delivery. Taxpaie is not responsible for errors or delays caused by incomplete or inaccurate data provided by clients.

Taxpaie is committed to maintaining the confidentiality of client information and will not disclose it to third parties unless legally required. All client data is securely stored and accessed only by authorized personnel.
Liability :
Taxpaie’s liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses resulting from the use of our services.
Termination of Services :
Taxpaie reserves the right to terminate services in cases of non-payment, breach of terms, or unethical conduct by the client.
Legal Compliance :
Taxpaie adheres to all applicable laws and regulations and expects clients to comply with the same.
Dispute Resolution :
Any disputes will be resolved amicably. If unresolved, disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in India.
Amendments :
Taxpaie reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated to clients.
